It was very clean and very close to universal. Just a short drive. The staff was amazing and the rooms were great. We were happy.

There is no complimentary breakfast, but what they do offer on the menu seemed reasonable compared to late 2024 hyper-inflated Orlando prices. Room was compact, efficient and modern. The shower was large with waterfall and standard/adjustable shower head. Very comfortable room overall with the exceptions of the pillows. Overall, I thought that this hotel was great for the money. Plenty of of power connectors for all your devices. WiFi performance was decent.

I've stayed here twice. The hotel is clean - both on the grounds and in the rooms - and quiet. I also liked that it is a very short drive away from the Universal parks and only about 25-30 minutes away from Epcot. You can see some of the rides and attractions at the Universal parks from your window. Parking is always a breeze. The location is also perfect in terms of it being close to grocery stores like Sprouts and Whole Foods. And the fact that the gym is open 24 hours is nice too.

The hotel is fairly new. It’s very comfortable. Super spacious rooms, good beds, good bathroom, very very clean. Location wise if you have a car, which is a must in Orlando, you can get anywhere. Parking free of charge available. The service is beyond excellent. The staff at the front desk, especially Tina, is so professional, service oriented and kind. The manager immediately gets involved when necessary. I had a strange sound in my room the second day. When reported they immediately took action and came, together with the manager, to my room to check. The changed my room, offered help to move my stuff and offered a late check out till 3 pm and lots of apologies. This is the definition of good service. They know what hospitality means. Very reasonable price and excellent value for money too. I highly recommend this hotel. Best hotel so far during my trip in Florida.

The hotel was very modern, the free parking and no resort fee were a bonus. The rooms were very clean and cleaned every 3 days which worked well one a 2 week stay. The hotel is an easy walk to universal and Disney is about a 20-30 minute drive, a large outlet is 7 minutes away and there are plenty of places to eat around. They have a water fountain so we filled up our bottles before going out each morning and ice machines on each floor to keep it cool in the heat. The laundry was 3-4 dollars per wash and easy to use in the app so you can keep an eye on when the machine has finished so you don’t even need to sit and wait. Lovely hotel!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Check-in/Check-out was super easy and quick. Everything in the room was very clean and I loved how modern and simple it was. The beds were very comfortable. The A/C was cool and didn’t feel hot at night, which is great. FYI there’s no microwave in the room, but that was no issue for us. There is a small fridge that cooled very well. There’s a small coffee machine that you can also use to make tea. Breakfast is not included. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay for a great price. We’ll definitely be back in the future.

Amazing location, spacious rooms, clean and modern. There is a nice pool that's open dawn to dusk with no life gaurd service. There is a nice fitness room with a few tredmills, weights and bikes. There are ice machines every floor, and a convience store at the lobby, plenty of parking.

Breakfast was great although the pictures on the menu were different from the food. We ordered extra sausage as the menu picture showed plump English style pork sausages but when it came they were the thin, American breakfast sausages. But the staff took back the extra side and offered us a refund without us asking.

I came here like three years ago since now and the hotel is in the same shape and clean condition. Next to the universal parks. Really good location. It’s a small building hotel but it’s still new and clean. Before this hotel I was booking for another one that it’s supposed 4 stars and the photos and the review was so great BUT, it was a horrible hotel, the rooms so old and dirty and smell like humid and the parking lot was to full because there is a party on the main tower. I had to returned the room and gone to the new hotel.
